hype follows most of the limited edition colour collections. the most i've witnessed–outside of course, of the Viva Glam yearly AIDS awareness campaign–is the upcoming launch of the M.A.C / fafi line.
fafi (www.fafi.net), for those who haven't already googled and received back some redik hits, is a graffiti and visual designer from Toulouse, France. her work explores feminity through stereotypes, and exposes them through sexy and funny curvaceous cuties, known as the fafinettes. haht! the bright colours that flow throughout her work inspired the collabo with M.A.C. it includes a complete line of compacts, eye shadows, mascara and limited edition dolls. peoples let me tell you i'm lavin' it!
today, is the prelaunch party, held at several M.A.C locations across everywhere. i've been invited, exposing my consistent visits at the stores, so you know i'll be there, camera in tow and scouting to get me an eriko, monoka and ermine doll!

what a firkin' GREAT time!
the collection – just like the party – was just as rockin' as i hoped it would be! i was walking around sippin' on green-tea apple martinis (a drink that is making its way up my sizzurp list,) snappin' pictures of an ermine look-a-like, and chatting people up left and right.
top people of the night? 
meet sandy. she knows me and my "crazy colours," and boy does she knows how to rock things out proper! sneak peek for now, more on her later! ;)
